Founder & Chief Revenue Protection Advisor

Michelle Ronfeldt, RHIT

Michelle brings 27 years in healthcare and professional and outpatient coding and auditing experience dating to 2010.

Her background includes coding and charge-denial work, recoupment review, revenue-cycle operations, compliance auditing, documentation review, and provider education.

That experience now supports an independent audit role: ARPro Medical evaluates coding and documentation already completed, identifies patterns, educates the team, and coaches leadership. The firm does not provide day-to-day medical coding production.

As a Registered Health Information Technician and Certified 10X Business Coach, Michelle sees more than the individual claim. She understands that revenue protection also depends on leadership, accountability, communication, patient follow-up, and a team that knows what good work looks like.

Why ARPro exists

Independent practices deserve an independent advocate.

Physicians should not have to choose between caring for patients and understanding every operational and payer risk around them. ARPro Medical helps practice leaders see the financial story clearly and act with confidence.

“Protect Revenue. Strengthen Practices. Empower Physicians.”
The ARPro Medical mission

What guides the work

Clarity, integrity, and practical action.

01

See the full story

Claims, records, workflows, and people are connected. We look for the relationship, not only the isolated error.

02

Teach the why

Lasting correction requires understanding. Education is built into the solution, not added as an afterthought.

03

Respect the practice

Recommendations must fit real staffing, time, and operational constraints while still protecting the standard.

Protect what you have earned

You have already earned the revenue. Now protect it.

A short conversation can help identify whether your next step is a focused review, team education, denial analysis, or broader advisory support.
